Our company was founded in 1978 by Scott Melton. In 1989 his son Tim left the U.S. Air Force and joined the company. Scott retired in 2003 and Tim has continued to build on the company’s outstanding reputation for delivering comfortable solutions to our customers. We offer professional heating and air conditioning system installations, indoor air quality assessments and solutions, energy saving preventative maintenance programs, and prompt repair service on most manufacturers’ equipment.
